BP MELANIN RICH is an e-commerce, also known as e-commerce, e-business or electronic business operations. That means that there is only sold online. Unfortunately, your order cannot be picked up, but it can be safely shipped with PostNL and a track and trace code that allows you to track your order.

We are so sorry to hear that your order has arrived in a poorer condition! Please email to info@bpmelaninrich.comimmediately. Include images and description of the damaged goods within 5 working days. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. After receiving the information, we can send an undamaged repeat order to you.

PAY ATTENTION:

  • All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwears, bodies and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
  • Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

Returning is not possible. For questions that you really want to know before you buy an item, you can always contact us.
